Marge Roberts Park

From Renovation to Reimagined

Location: Arvada, CO

Initially focused on replacing aging play equipment, the Marge Roberts Park renovation expanded into a full-scale park overhaul after City insight and site analysis revealed both major issues with critical infrastructure like the irrigation, and major opportunities in looking at the program layout more holistically. Stream LA+P led the design which included a nature-themed playground, adventure trail, community gathering space, full basketball court, improved walking loops, low-water planting beds, and turf-to-native conversion areas.  The Park opened in 2025.
