Maximizing preservation and long-term stability

Following our completion of the 2020 City Park Low Areas Master Plan, Stream was commissioned again in 2023 to develop 30% design drawings for the southern expansion of the ball fields, parklet, and some expanded parking (all identified in the CP LAMP) to be coordinated with construction of improvements to the Big Dry Creek corridor project. The 30% design plans are completed.
