Site and Stormwater Design for Multi-Family Housing Complex

Denver, Colorado

Casa Chiara is an award winning* multi-family townhome infill project in northeast Denver. The project employs cutting-edge integrated storm water management and open space strategies on a challenging site for the redevelopment of the Sisters of St. Francis Convent campus and the former Marycrest Catholic girl’s school. The project was the first phase of a multi-phase planned project, and was designed to accommodate the stormwater treatment for the entire build-out of the full 17-acre site. The progressive multi-disciplinary team of landscape architects, architects and urban planners created a beautiful amenity for the new development while fulfilling all of the site’s water quality treatment requirements.
